Bryan Scott Wood
Bryan Scott Wood, 54, of Gilbert, Ariz., passed away on Sept. 12, 2012. We lost the best man our worlds have known on that day. He died suddenly of complications related to arteriosclerosis.
Bryan was born Aug. 19, 1958, to Harold "Nick" and Darlene Wood. He proudly grew up on the Hi-Line of Montana (Havre, Inverness, Joplin, etc.) where the seed was planted for his profession — heavy equipment mechanic — thanks to his cherished uncles and friends.
He had recently started his own company, Desert Drilling Parts and Service, which, as expected, was a success. Bryan was a fierce daddy, husband, son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, best friend, friend and co-worker. He has left a huge hole in our hearts.
Bryan is survived by his beloved wife, Natalie; cherished daughter, Kristen (Brett) Anderson of Provo, Utah; father, Nick (Eva Bray) Wood of Payson, Ariz. ; sister, Darla Wood of Cave Creek, Ariz. ; brother, Bruce (Shellie) Wood of Gillette, Wyo. ; nieces, Jessi Wood, Brandi (Rance) Remme, Whitney Wood, Lacey Wood, Tori Anglin and Casey Anglin; nephews T. J. (Lorraine) Anglin and Dillon Anglin; four great-nephews Rance Jr., Nolan, Layne and Elliott; parents-in-law, Burl and Pam Anglin; brothers-in-law, Tim (Rob Harbert) Anglin and James Anglin; sister-in-law Leslie Anglin; and many, many good friends and co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his wonderful mom, Darlene Joyce Fraser Wood; and numerous favorite uncles.
The family invites you to say a final goodbye and share some memories with us at his evening viewing on Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, at Falconer Funeral Home; 251 W Juniper; Gilbert AZ 85233 from 6 to 8 p. m. and/or his morning viewing on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S.
