Jesse James Morsette, 22, died Saturday morning, Feb. 18, 2012, in a motor vehicle accident in Rocky Boy.
His wake service will begin Saturday night at Kermit and Wilma Morsette's home. His rosary service will be 7 p.m. Sunday at Rocky Boy Catholic Church, with his funeral service 11 a.m. Monday, at the church. Burial will follow at the Morsette Family Cemetery.
Jesse Morsette
Jesse was born July 26, 1989, in Havre, Mont., to Kermit and Wilma (Mann) Morsette. He was raised and educated in Rocky Boy graduating from Rocky Boy High School in 2009. He participated in the Youth Build and graduated from that program in 2010. Jesse was an adventurous young man who enjoyed playing his guitar, video games, singing and hanging out with his buddies. He was a happy person who was fun to be around.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy LaMere; his grandmother, Mildred Christenson; his uncle, David Mann; and his grandfather, William Morsette Sr.
Jesse is survived by his parents, Kermit and Wilma (Mann) Morsette of Rocky Boy; his grandmothers, Delia Morsette, Gert Werks and Lydia Chiefstick; his brothers, Kermit Morsette Jr., Donald LaMere, Clinton LaMere, Brayden LaMere, Christopher LaMere, Jacob Russette, Lorenzo Rodriguez and Morris Weasle Boy; his sisters, Delia Rose Morsette, Kristen LaMere, Jailynne Daychild, Emily Morsette and Rhiannan Morsette; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
