TIP OF THE WEEK: To increase ball speed increase the size of your swing. Waist high is good for a medium speed. Use a lower position – somewhere between hip and knee for a slower speed. Finally use a higher position in the area of the chest or shoulder for greater swing and ball speed. When you vary your swing your foot work has to match. Your footwork will require some adjustment to match your swing.
