Mary Rose LaMere

Mary Rose LaMere, 44, of Box Elder, passed away at Northern Montana Hospital in Havre on Thursday, June 14, 2012, due to a motor vehicle accident.

Mary Rose was born Nov. 21, 1967, in Great Falls, Mont., to Albert Paul and Rosetta Mary (Nault) LaMere. Following her graduation from Box Elder schools, she attended Stone Child College in Box Elder. She cooked for the Rocky Boy Schools, bartended for the D & L Bar, worked for the tribe as the court clerk and most recently worked for Northern Winds Casino as a cashier. Mary Rose enjoyed watching her boys and grandson in the rodeo. She also had a good time playing bingo and gambling at the Lone Tree Bar.

Mary Rose was preceded in death by her father, Albert LaMere.

She is survived by her children, Zana Jae LaMere of Box Elder, Eric Paul Watson of Rocky Boy, Martin Wade (Sarah) Watson of Box Elder and Brian Shane (Emma) Rosette of Rocky Boy; her grandchildren, Martin Gene "Baby Marty" and soon-to-be-born Baby Watson of Box Elder, Cordell Watson of New Mexico, and Chazz and Elyssa Rosette of Rocky Boy; her mother, Rosetta Nault of Havre; her sisters, her twin Gerri LaMere and Paula LaMere, both of Box Elder, and Delrae Molina of Rocky Boy; her brothers, Allen Joseph LaMere of Havre and Carlos "Jimmy" Swan of Omak, Wash. ; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Wake services will be held on Thursday and Friday, June 14 and 15, 2012, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Box Elder.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Interment will follow at the Watson Family Cemetery in Rocky Boy. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
