HDN wants to feature local volunteers

National Volunteer Week is nearing. The Havre Daily News would like to feature some of the people who volunteer their time for community, social, educational and religious.

If you know anyone in your organization, family or neighborhood who does a lot of unsung work, please let us know.

If you have a picture you can send, please do so. One of them doing volunteer work would be great.

Please provide the following information and email it to [email protected] or drop it off at our office at 119 2nd St., Havre.

• Name of volunteer;
• Group or groups he/she volunteers for;
• Kind of work he/she performs while volunteering;
• Length of time he/she has been volunteering;
• Why he/she is special to the organization(s) he/she serves;
• Name of supervisor at the organization(s), and if we can talk to that person;
• If and how we can contact the volunteer.
