Victor Leon Fields

Victor Leon Fields, 66, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012, at Northern Montana Care Center due to cancer.

His funeral service will be at 2 p. m. Thursday, April 12, 2012, at the Space for Grace Chapel at Northern Montana Care Center. Burial will be at a later date.

Memorials in Victor's honor can be made to the charity of one's choice.

Victor was born Aug. 13, 1945, in Havre, Mont., to Victor Fields and Rose Goar. He attended Havre Public Schools. He joined the Navy in September 1962 and was honorably discharged in November 1963. Victor married Carol McKonwell in 1965. The couple had three children. They were later divorced. Victor worked at a variety of jobs. He especially enjoyed fishing.

Victor was preceded in death by his mother and father, Victor Fields and Rose Goar; his stepfather, Calvin Goar; and brothers, Robert Fields, William Fields and James Goar.

He is survived by daughters, Lisa (Bruce) Kudrna of Havre and Shannon Fields of Idaho; sons, Victor Fields of Pasco Wash., Daniel (Dallas) Vining of Omaha, Neb., and Luke Fields of Havre; sisters, Sandra (Daryl) Williams of Pahrump, Nev. and Gwen Goar of Havre; aunt, Donna Bloyed of Spokane, Wash. ; and three grandchildren.
