Dow intelligent, conscientious

We support Rick Dow.

We live just outside the city limits and are not able to vote in the election for city councilman.

However, we care very much about who is elected and will share in making decisions that affect our "hometown." This is why we urge you to vote for Rick Dow for councilman from Ward 3.

We know Rick personally and know that he is a man of integrity. He does not tell people what they want to hear but speaks the truth. That is rare these days in the political arena, but that is what Rick will bring to the City Council if elected.

He is also a very intelligent and conscientious person. As you can tell by the opinion pieces he writes in the Havre Daily News, he does a lot of research and is very well prepared.

He will also bring this preparation to the City Council. The last thing about Rick that we want to share is that he is very easy to talk to and he listens well also. He will encourage your participation and input in council decisions. He is there to represent all of us.
