Steven R. Carmean passed away on Thursday, Feb. 10, at 11 a. m., in Davenport, Iowa, surrounded by friends and family.
Steve had many travels and friends in his 62 years of life. He had a big heart and made people laugh. He loved motorcycles, (Harleys), NASCAR racing and the Speed Channel. He loved life, friends and family.
He was born in Lake City, Iowa. He lived many places including Louisiana, Kansas and Montana.
He was a welder and mechanic and loved to work on machines.
He loved to dance and sing rock 'n' roll songs.
He is survived by daughter, Tylyn Carmean of Missoula, Mont. ; sister, Linda (Scott) Hansen of Rock Island, Ill, ; and an aunt, Bev (Cleveland) Herb; sisters, Keri Wolfe-Guess and Kristin Roberts of Jefferson, Iowa, Sheri Schon, from Glidden, Iowa; brother, Jason Wolfe of Fergus Falls, Minn., and many friends, nieces and nephews.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, mother, Betty, stepfather, Jerry Wolfe, father, Ralph Carmean and a nephew, Ty Hanks from Marshalltown, Iowa.
A private memorial service was held Feb. 14, in Davenport.
