FORT BELKNAP — Leah Faliz (Mato Ucinja, "Bobtail Bear") Castillo Horn, 19, a certified nursing assistant, died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, from injuries suffered in a car crash near Harlem.

Wake services will be 7 p. m. today at the Red Whip Community Center. Funeral services will be 10 a. m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the Red Whip Community Center. Burial will be in the Horn Family Cemetery near Fort Belknap.
