MSU-N basketball teams make schedule changes

The Montana State University-Northern men's and women's basketball teams haven't had many home games in recent weeks. And there are some changes to the upcoming MSU-N schedules.

The Lights and Skylights were set to face Concordia College of Alberta on Dec. 21 in Havre, but those games have been moved up to this Sunday. The Skylights will square off against Concordia at 6 p.m. Sunday night and the Lights will follow at 8 p.m.

Both Northern teams will still take on King's University of Edmonton, Alberta on Dec. 22 in Havre.

The moving up of the Concordia games will now mean the Lights play three straight games this week. MSU-N is at Lewiston, Idaho for a pair of games on Friday and Saturday against Azusa Pacific and Portland Bible College, respectively. Then the Lights will drive straight back to Havre in time to battle Concordia on Sunday night.

The Skylights will now also play twice this week. The Northern women are home on Thursday night to face the University of Great Falls in a nonconference game.

Tipoff for the game between the Skylights and Argos is set for 7 p.m. Thursday night at the MSU-Northern Fieldhouse.
