Several weeks ago, Bonnie Bennett had a notice in the paper that, due to health reasons, she would have to give up many of her volunteer duties. My family moved to Havre in 1977 and Bonnie was very involved then in helping the community.

When I read the notice, I started thinking about all the years — probably at least 40 — Bonnie has diligently worked for many different causes. It would overwhelming if we knew all that she has accomplished!

Thank you, Bonnie, for a job well done.
