JERRY SHETTEL obituary

Jerry D. Shettel, 69, a lifelong Chester farmer and carpenter, who enjoyed camping and fishing with his family, died April 14, at the Chester hospital. A "Celebration of Life" service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, at the Methodist Church in Chester. A reception will follow. Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel in Chester. Memorials may be given to Shooting Star Gymnastics in Havre or the charity of the donor's choice. Survivors are his wife, Helen Shettel of Chester; two daughters, Milly Shettel of Chester and Laura Kasteal of Santa Maria, Calif.; one son, Donald (Kacey) Shettel Havre; three grandchildren, Laine, Trent and Bryce Shettel; and several siblings.
