Havre man's ticket wins $65K

A Havre man is a little richer following the Sept. 1 drawing in the state lottery.
William Hinkle bought one of two winning tickets in the Montana Cash lottery and will share the jackpot prize of $130,000 with Sandra Nuckolls of Billings.
State lottery officials said both now have picked up their winnings.
Hinkle told The Associated Press that he would use his share — $65,000 before taxes — to pay off bills.
He could not be reached for additional comment this morning.
Hinkle bought his winning ticket at the Holiday gas and convenience store in Havre.
Nuckolls, who also said she would use her winnings to pay some bills, bought hers at the Albertsons on Grand Avenue in Billings.
Lottery officials said Martha Bowman of Billings claimed a $40,000 Mega Millions prize she won in Friday's drawing. She bought her winning ticket at Evergreen IGA in Billings. She says she plans to invest her winnings.
