Renee Jean Nalivka, 60, died peacefully in her sleep during the early morning hours of Monday, May 31, 2010.
She was at home, attended by her family and loved ones.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, June 14, 2010, at Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel, with Byron Keith officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
A fellowship luncheon will be held at the Eagles Club immediately after the services at the graveside. Memorials in Renee's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1903 Central Ave., Billings, MT 59102, or to a charity of one's choice.
Services and arragement s have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home Renee was born to Vi v i an and Pa u l Nalivka in Havre, Dec. 7, 1949. She graduated from Havre High School in 1968 and attended Northern Montana College and San Francisco City College. She lived and worked in the San Fransico area for several years before returning to Montana to work in the family business.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul a n d V i v i a n Nalivka, and her ma t e r n a l a n d paternal grandparents; her brother, Paul Nalivka Jr .; and her sister, Vee Ann Lammerding.
Renee is survived by her brothers, David (Chong) Nalivka of Boise, Idaho, and Lyle (Katie) Nalivka and Pete Nalivka, both of Butte; and her sisters, Sharon (Ed) Hancock of Vaughn, Mont., and Mary (Pat) Jensen and Gay Nalivka, both of Havre, Mont.
She was Auntie Nee Nee to nieces and nephews, Tracie, Kelly, Ben, Sara and Violet La Croix, all of Billings, Mont., Jennifer, Roman and Suzi Nalivka of Butte, Mont., JP (Norea) Nalivka of San Francisco, Calif., Tosha (Mike) McCullar and Kaelyn and Kennedy, all of Butte, Mont., Matthew, Seth and Paul Jensen of Havre, Mont., and Jandi and Jenessa Sorensen, Raevyn and Brittany Jessen, John Winchell and Chase Hackman, all of Butte.
Renee leaves many wellloved friends, especially lifelong friend Judy Oliver Sinclair of Havre, Mont.
