MARIE S. MARSHALL obituary GREAT FALLS

Marie S. Marshall, 86, a Great Falls resident and a former bookkeeper and secretary at Falls Construction, died of natural causes on Monday, July 23, 2007, at a local care facility.

Private family graveside services will be held at Highland Cemetery, under the direction of Croxford Funeral Home and Crematory. A reception will be held Saturday at the Benefis Skilled Nursing Center in the activities room from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Marie was born in Aberdeen, S. D., on July 15, 1921, the daughter of George and Tena Bistodeau. She was raised in the Aberdeen and Virginia City areas, and graduated from the Virginia City High School. She and Malcolm Marshall were married in 1941 in Great Falls. She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ray, Ronald and Wally Bistodeau; and a sister, Betty Hovland. Survivors include husband, Malcolm Marshall of Great Falls; two daughters, Del M. Chapman of Scottsdale, Ariz. And Nancy M. Waltari of Havre; a brother, Gordon F. Bistodeau of Great Falls; and five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
