MARY ANN EVERSON obituary

CHINOOK Mary Ann Everson, 40, died Saturday April 21, 2007, at her home in Chinook of natural causes.

A memorial service will be held on the Wednesday, May 16 at 2 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church with Pastor Mike Bradley officiating. Cremation has taken place. Mary Ann was born Oct. 6, 1964, in Livingston, to Loney R. and Phyllis J. (Huttington) Everson. At the age of 3 she moved to Columbus, with her brother Michael, to live with Bill and Carol Smith. The family later moved to Malta. She attended school in Malta until she was 18 then moved to Great Falls to live with the Robert McAuley family. She later moved to Plentywood where she graduated from high school and moved into an adult independent living setting. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her brother Michael in 1984 and her mother. She is survived by very special friend Stanley Dorkowski of Chinook; sisters Tina (Bill) Wilson of Havre, Wendy (Bart) Grangolb of Knoxville, Tenn., and Bobbie Jo Dewalt of Missouri; foster parents Bill and Carol Smith of Malta; foster sisters Karen (John) Ellsworth of Malta and Kathy (Bob) Baden of Tega Cay, S.C.; and foster brother Chuck (Donna) Smith of Popular Bluff, Mo. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Chinook.
