LORRAINE DANIEL obituary

Lorraine Marie Daniel, 72, of Havre died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, at Northern Montana Care Center of natural causes.

Her funeral service will be held at 11 a. m. Monday at the Holland & Bonine Funeral Home with Tim Maroney officiating. Burial will follow at the Calvary section of Hill County Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon will be held immediately after the graveside service at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Lorraine was born Nov. 5, 1934, in Havre to William and Julia (Baldwin) Daniel. She was raised and educated in Havre. She attended four years of country school, St. Jude School and Havre Central High School, graduating in 1954. She worked at the Pay 'n Pak, Ben Franklin and Woolworths stores in Havre. Lorraine loved baseball, sport car racing, reading books, listening to music and watching television. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Harold Daniel and Shirl Daniel. Survivors include her brothers, Richard (Nancy) Daniel of Earp, Calif., Ron (Lupe) Daniel of Havre, Alvin Daniel of Pahrump, Nev., Archie (Margie) Daniel of Las Vegas, Nev., and Gene (Roxie) Daniel of Kingmon, Ariz.; sisters, Louise Ranes of Kalispell and Evelyn Taravella of San Jose, Calif.; and best friend for many years, Midge Patton of Havre. Memorial contributions in Lorraine's honor may be made to a memorial of one's choice. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
