MYRTLE JAPPE obituary

BIG SANDY - Myrtle Anna Dyrland Jappe, 88, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, due to complications with diabetes at the Big Sandy Medical Center's long-term care facility.

Her funeral service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church in Big Sandy at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Jeff Stoopes officiating. Burial will follow at the Big Sandy Cemetery.

Survivors include her sons, Larry (Marj) Jappe of Havre, Lenard (Nancy) Jappe of Big Sandy and Monte Jappe of Havre; daughters, Joyce (Merle) Olson of Chinook and Marla (Jim) Ray of Big Sandy; sister, Minnie Wilkinson of Mead, Wash.; 10 grandsons; five granddaughters; three great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Mae; brothers, Sigurd and Clifford Dyrland; son, Roger; grandson, Dana Ray; and daughter-in-law, Pat Jappe.

Memorials in Myrtle's honor may be made to a memorial of one's choice.

Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
