DEVYON SCHMIDT obituary

Devyon Alezander Schmidt, infant son of Kari Gierke and Jeremy Schmidt of Havre, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005, the day of his birth.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday in Van Orsdel United Methodist Church.

Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.

Devyon is survived by his parents; brother, Dyllan of Havre; maternal grandparents, Tim and Nancy Gierki of Havre; paternal grandparents, Jarold and Lynell Schmidt of Havre; great-grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins on both sides of the family; and godmother, KayCee Groven of Havre.

A living memorial tree will be planted at the Community Fitness Park south of Northern Montana Hospital in loving memory of Devyon.
