LESLIE WRIGHT SR. obituary

GREAT FALLS/BOX ELDER - Leslie G. Wright Sr., 55, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005, at Benefis West after being disconnected from life support.

A wake service will be held at 6 p.m. today with the funeral 10:30 a.m. Saturday, all at the Rocky Boy Catholic Church with the Rev. Nyquist officiating. Burial will follow at the Rocky Boy Cemetery.

Leslie was born May 24, 1950, in Fort Belknap to Charles and Julia (Peeper) Wright. He was raised and educated in Rocky Boy. He worked as a laborer for many years.

He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his friends. He was very quiet and kindhearted.

Leslie was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wright; sister, Karen Wright; and wife, Barbara Wright.

Survivors include his mother, Julia Bliss of Havre; brothers, Eugene C. Wright of Great Falls and Byron K. Wright of Glendive; sister, Laura Wright Prochaska of Havre; sons, Leslie Wright Jr. of Rocky Boy and Avery Wright of Box Elder; daughters, Priscilla Wright of Great Falls, Cree Girl Wright of Box Elder, Jasmine Wright of Box Elder, Tasheena and Dachia Gardipee-Wright of Helena; granddaughter, Thea of Great Falls; and common-law-wife, Dottie Atkinson Wright.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
