GALE HANSON obituary

LITTLETON, Colo. - Gale D. Hanson, 76, formerly of Havre, died at his home in Littleton, Colo., Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2005.

Gale was born Dec. 6, 1928, in Havre. He grew up in Havre and graduated from Havre High School in 1946. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He returned to Montana and graduated from the University of Montana.

Gale went to work for the F.A. Buttrey Co. While working as a buyer for Buttrey in New York City, he met and married Carol Tucker. They later moved to Denver, where he was a merchandiser until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Irene Hanson; and wife, Carol.

Survivors include his sons, Eric (Lisa) Hanson and Marc Hanson of Littleton, Colo .; daughter, Dana of Littleton, Colo .; grandson, Cody of Littleton, Colo .; and great-granddaughter, Thaila, of Littleton, Colo .; sister, Muriel of Roseville, Minn .; and brother, Mark Hanson of Havre.
