Sharon Dale Berger, 62, of Havre died Saturday, July 2, 2005, at her residence. Her cause of death has not yet been determined.
Sharon's funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Brad Ulgenes officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland
Cemetery. A fellowship will be held at the family home after the services at the graveside.
Sharon was born June 23, 1943, to Clarence and Mary (Wilson) Stensrude. She was raised and educated in Havre. Sharon married Robert Berger on March 2, 1962, in Chinook. Sharon managed the household and raised their four children.
Sharon enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and being in the mountains. Sharon's greatest love was and taking care of her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Stensrude; step-father, Percy Boettger; sister, Linda Olson; and brothers, Clarence (Buddy) Stensrude and Lloyd Stensrude.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Robert Berger of Havre; mother, Mary Boettger of Havre; daughter, Evon Berger of Havre; sons, Robert Berger of Billings, Richard Berger of Havre and Edward Berger of Havre; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Sharon's honor may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements are entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
