FLORENCE HANSEN obituary

SPOKANE, Wash. - Florence M. Hansen, 75, died March 5, 2005, in Spokane, Wash.

A funeral service for Florence will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division, Spokane.

Florence was born May 20, 1928, in Chinook.

Survivors include her daughters, Charlotte (Rod) Marko of Elk, Wash., and Glenda Prater (Bob Flanigan) of Spokane; sons, Ray "Junior" (DeeLee) Hansen of Newman Lake, Wash., and Dennis (Janet) Hansen of Spokane; siblings Snooky Fellows of Ocean Shores, Wash., Alice Auth of Boise, Idaho, Clara Andersen of Roberts, Idaho, Chic Trotchie of Missoula, Jackie Trotchie of Missoula, Georgia Burnette of Wyoming, and Dena Trotchie of Pendleton, Ore.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hansen.

Florence was a member of the Spokane community for 54 years. She was a member of Grange Fertile Valley. She loved playing bingo, gambling, traveling and going to powwows.
