DELBERT JENSEN obituary

HAVRE-Delbert R. Jensen, 46, a maintenance engineer, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at Northern Montana Hospital of apparent natural causes. The Hill County coroner is investigating.

A funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dodson. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery at Dodson.

Del was

born Aug. 5, 1958, in Havre, to Gordon and Leona (Albrecht) Jensen. He was raised and educated in Havre, Washington and Alaska.

Delbert married Melissa Cohenour in 1989 and was later divorced. Del worked as a maintenance engineer at apartments, grocery stores and lastly at a nursing home. He moved to Havre from Wolf Point in 2001. Del was forced into early retirement because of health problems.

Del enjoyed fishing, playing pool, chess and cards.

Delbert was preceded in death by his father, Gordon; brothers, Melvin and Leland.

Survivors include his mother, Leona Jensen of Havre; daughter, Kendra Jensen of Havre; sons, Ty Jensen of Billings, Anthony Jensen of Havre; sisters, Peggy Freier of Edgewater, Md., Darlene Jensen of Boise, Idaho; brothers, Pat Jensen of Havre, Greg Jensen of Conrad, Royal Jensen of Boise, Idaho.
