BILLINGS - William C. Eckhardt, 91, of Billings died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at Sweet Memorial Nursing Home in Chinook.

A service and burial were held Thursday in Billings.

Survivors include his daughter, Loretta (Bill) Loranger or Havre; granddaughter, Kimberly (Kevin) Powell of Spokane, Wash.; and two great-grandsons of Spokane.
