Broderick Zane Crawford, 45, of Havre died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at Seattle, Wash., in a vehicle accident.
A funeral service was scheduled for 10 a.m. today at the Assembly of God Church in Glasgow with the Rev. Dave Rogenes officiating. Burial was to be in Highland Cemetery in Glasgow.
Broderick was born on April 165, 1959, to Raymond Charles Crawford and Mary Roque Aitken. He was raised in Glasgow and moved to Somerville, S.C., when he was 14. He moved back to Glasgow after graduating from high school. He also lived in Alabama, Texas and Washington state, before moving to Havre a year ago.
Broderick was a heavy equipment operator on construction projects. He served in the National Guard in Anniston, Ala.
Broderick enjoyed playing hockey, traveling, his Harley-Davidson and working on cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his children. He never met a stranger and never had a bad word to say about anyone.
Broderick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Lottie Crawford and Sabino and Matilda Roque, and his brother, Eugene T. Crawford Sr.
Survivors include his parents, Mary and Bill Aitken of Glasgow and Raymond Crawford Sr. of Havre; sons, Cody Harley Crawford and Isaac Zane Crawford, both of Auburn, Wash.; daughter, Brianna Nicole Crawford of Auburn, Wash.; sisters, Diana R. DaSilva of Orange Park, Fla., and Patty Jo (Kenneth) Becker of Cochrane, Wis.; brothers, Clel Crawford and his dog Rudy of Glasgow, Raymond (Linda) Crawford Jr. of Great Falls, Mike Crawford Sr. of Great Falls, and Bruce Crawford of Missoula; and sister-in-law, Marilyn Crawford of Glendive.
Bell Mortuary of Glasgow is in charge of arrangements.
