Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Joyce was born on April 22, 1939, in Bradford,

Pa., to Loren and Elsie (Kennedy) Flanders. She was raised and educated in Pennsylvania.

She married Nelson Earl Cutshall on May 27, 1960, in Conneaut Lake Park, Pa. They moved to Montana a month after they were married and lived in Denton. The family lived in Lewistown, Nampa, Idaho, Billings, and moved to Havre in the 1970s.

Joyce enjoyed search-a-word puzzles, coloring fuzzy posters, her cat "Blackie," and was an avid country western music fan. She especially enjoyed Ricky Van Shelton. The family has many memories of attending the country music fest in Wisconsin in 1990 and the R&R Music Festival in Livingston in 1996.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Arthur Robert Cutshall.

Survivors include her husband, Nelson Cutshall of Havre; son, Loren (Nikki) Cutshall of Havre; daughter, Debbie Marie (Willy) Burke of Columbia Falls; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Noma Means of Bradford, Pa.; and brother, Richard Flanders of Conneat Lake Park, Pa.
