Sandy Jean Larson Seaberg, 61, of Havre died from lung cancer at a Havre hospital on Saturday, June 12, 2004.
Her funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Lutheran
Church with the Rev. Brad Ulgeness officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland
Cemetery. In celebration of Sandy's life, a buffet at the Havre
Eagles will be held immediately after the services at the graveside.
Sandy was born in Havre on July 18, 1942. She graduated from Havre High School in 1960, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She attended Northern Montana College.
She began working in the bookkeeping department of Citizen's State Bank in Havre in 1966 and retired from Wells Fargo Bank in 2003 as assistant vice president. She participated in numerous banking courses and seminars during her 37 years in banking.
Sandy's interests were her annual get-togethers with her family, camping, flower gardening, crossword puzzles, keno, reading, golfing, and the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. Her many friends were a very important part of her life.
She was preceded in death by her father Elmer Larson.
Survivors include her husband, William D. Seaberg of Havre; sons, Troy W. Seaberg and Randy J. Seaberg of Havre; mother, Edna Larson (Walter) Hess of Havre; sisters, Myrna (James) Sparks of Tacoma, Wash., Janice Larson of Tacoma, Wash., Sonya (Robert) Hughes of Dodge City, Kan .; brother, Jerry Larson of Honolulu, Hawaii; cousin, Sheila (Miguel) Villarreal of Caracas, Venezuela; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
Memorials may be made in Sandy's name to the Gift of Life Housing, P.O. Box 7008, Great Falls, MT 59406.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
