BIG SANDY - Virginia Ann Lee MacDonald, 40, died Friday, April 30, 2004, at her residence in Missoula. The cause of her death is under investigation.
Cremation has taken place and the family will have a graveside service for her 2 p.m. Thursday at the Big Sandy Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Eldrige officiating. A
luncheon will be held at the Big Sandy United Methodist Church immediately following the services at the graveside.
Virginia was born on Dec. 12, 1963, in Havre to Robert and Catherine (Carter) Lee. She was raised and educated in Box Elder and attended Big Sandy High School. She graduated in 1982. After high school, she worked in the area cleaning homes and caring for the disabled.
She married James MacDonald in Missoula on Sept. 20, 1986. The couple made their home is Missoula. Virginia enjoyed bead work, gardening, sewing, cats and attending powwows.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, James MacDonald, and her maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include her father, Robert E. Lee of Billings; mother, Catherine Dielman of Box Elder; stepfather, Lewis Dielman of Box Elder; brothers, Leroy Lee of Hastings, Minn., Linn Dielman of Columbia Falls, Mark Dielman of Box Elder; sister-in-law, Alverta Dielman of Hastings, Minn.; grandfather, George Carter of Terry; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Memorial's in Virginia's honor may be made to one's choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
