BARBARA SALLEY obituary

Great Falls - Barbara Salley, 54, of Great Falls, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2003, at a Great Falls hospital due to cancer.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at O'Connor Memorial Chapel in Great Falls. Cremation has taken place.

Barbara was born on Sept. 28, 1949, at Havre to Jack and Fern Harding. She grew up and attended schools in Havre and graduated from Havre High School in 1967. She attended Dahl's Beauty School in Great Falls.

Barbara married Isaac Salley in 1973 at Colorado Springs, Colo.

Barbara and Isaac moved to Havre in 1974, then returned to Great Falls in 1978. She worked as a housekeeper at Missouri River Manor for 14 years.

Barbara loved the outdoors, mountains, fishing, gardening and working in the house. She enjoyed giving generously to others.

Barbara was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Taylor Salley.

Survivors include her husband, Isaac Salley of Great Falls; parents, Jack and Fern Harding of Galesburg, Ill .; daughters, Nicole Salley of Great Falls and Tammi (Craig) Milliron of Billings; sisters, Sandra (Gary) Bennett of Havre, Shelly Harding of Galesburg, Ill., and Renee (Tony) Ericson of Goshen, Ind .; brother, Russell (Martha) Harding of Spokane, Wash .; and two grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of O'Connor Funeral Home of Great Falls.
