LLAN LARSON obituary

PEQUOT LAKES, Minn. - Allan "Whitey" Larson, 73, of Pequot Lakes, Minn., formerly of Havre, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2003, at a retirement village in Brainerd, Minn.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Kline Funeral Home in Pine River, Minn. Friends may call an hour before the service. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Union Cemetery in Bixby, Minn.

Larson was born on April 15, 1930, in Bixby, Minn., to Lauritz and Agnes (Petersen) Larsen.

Larson was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and lived in Havre from 1980 to 1996.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley; an infant son; and brother, Warren.

Survivors include his daughter, Robin Van Kleeck of Pequot Lakes, Minn.; son, Karl Larson of Pequot Lakes; and three grandchildren.
