LAWRENCE NORMANDY obituary

Lawrence Eugene Normandy Sr., 56, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, at his home of cancer.

Cremation will take place. At his request, there will be no services.

Lawrence was born on Sept. 24, 1947, south of Havre to Donald and Alice (Ackanow) Normandy Sr. He was raised and educated in the Havre area. He entered into the U.S. Army in 1966, he was honorably discharged in 1967.

He married Sarita Hiatt in 1967 and the couple later divorced.

Lawrence enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, watching football and

dancing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant sister.

Survivors include his son, Lawrence Normandy Jr. of Havre; brother, Don

(Lois) Normandy Jr. of Havre; sisters, Paulette (Delbert) Kagel of Foreman, Ark., Audrey (Larry) St. Germain of Great Falls, and

Debbie (Morris) St. Piere of Rocky Boy; special friend, Sally Miller of Havre; stepchildren, Missie (Kevin) Miller/Smith of Lolo, Thomas (Natalie) Miller of Casper, Wyo., John (Chantel) Bauthier of Florence, and Kenneth Bauthier of Austin, Texas; and nine grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to a memorial of one's choice.

Services and arrangements are under the direction of Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
