CHINOOK - Carroll Ray Rudolph, 79, died Sunday, June 1, 2003, at a Chinook nursing home due to natural causes.
A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the American Lutheran Church with burial in the Kuper Memorial Cemetery.
Carroll was born in Chester on Oct. 10, 1923,
to Ray and Hazel (Ray) Rudolph. He was raised in Joplin and graduated from Joplin High School in 1943. He attended college at Northern Montana College in Havre for two years.
Carroll was a farmer and rancher all of his life. He and his brother Donald had Rudolph Brothers Registered Angus until 1987.
Carroll was retired for a year until he married Kathern Hall Lowry in 1988. They had rentals and attended many auctions in the area.
Carroll was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Kathern Rudolph of Chinook; stepson, Dale Lowry of Montana; stepdaughters, Joan Mord of Havre and Kathy (Mike) Radavich of Great Falls; brothers, Donald (Shirley) Rudolph and Harley (Mary) Rudolph, all of Chester; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
