MEREDITH MOLKJER obituary

HELENA - Meredith Ann Molkjer, 54, a record management specialist, died May 6, 2003, at a Great Falls hospital of natural causes.

Cremation has taken place. The celebration of her life service will be on July 24 before her ashes are laid to rest on her father's farm south of Chinook.

Meredith

was born in Havre to Eloise (Farrell) and Nels Molkjer on Nov. 18, 1948. She graduated from Harlem High School in 1966 and from Northern Montana College with an associates of agriculture and a bachelors degree in business technology in 1983. During her life, she has been a resident mostly of Harlem, Chinook, Havre, Great Falls and Helena. Helena was her home at the time of her death.

Meredith married Roger Henry St. Pierre Sr. in 1970. They later divorced.

Meredith worked hard in her life. At the time of her death, she was working for the EPA Superfund Records Center in Helena. She had also worked as a resident manager for Eastgate Apartments, Herberger's, Best Friends Animal Hospital, Bureau of Land Management and Farmers Home Administration.

Meredith's hobbies were sewing quilts, reading books, her M&M collection, doing anything and everything for the people she loved and came in contact with. She also enjoyed horse racing, flowers, concerts, being organized, spending time with and holding all the little ones that came to visit her, and visiting her friends and family. She was a woman that touched and blessed many lives and will be greatly missed.

Meredith was preceded in death by her father, Nels Molkjer; mother, Eloise Molkjer; son, Guy Lynn St. Pierre; and brother-in-law, Edward Cole.

Survivors include her daughter, LaCrissa (St. Pierre) and her husband, Craig Johnson of Havre; son, Stacy and Georette Cole of Harlem; brother, Arther and Gina Molkjer of Somers; sisters, Sharleen (Andy) Cole of Hays-Lodge pole and Myla Cole of Great Falls; three sons she could call her own: Voyd St. Pierre, Nathan St. Pierre and Roger St. Pierre Jr .; two grandsons; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, the St. Pierre family, and friends she met along the way in her life.

Arrangements are by Edward's Funeral Home in Chinook.
