HELEN DAUM obituary

Helen Louise Daum, 93, died March 13, 2003, at a Chinook care facility of natural causes.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Helen was born Aug. 31, 1901, to Henry Madison and Dorothy C. (Sturgeon) Gable. She

attended school in Havre and graduated from Havre High School.

On Aug. 26, 1928, Helen married F. Arthur Daum at Havre. To this union, three children were born. Her husband and two sons precede her in death.

She was a member of the Van Orsdel Methodist Church for more than 60 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant son, F. Darryl Daum; son, Arthur Madison Daum; sisters, Thelma Mathews and Gretchen Eudy; nieces, Betty Lou Mathews and Patricia Casey Child; nephew, Jack Mathews.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly L. (Paul) Kuhr of Havre; daughter-in-law, Sharon Daum of Omaha, Neb .; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.

Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
