Name: Thomas Marshall

Class: Junior

School: KG

Sport: Track and Field

As the KG boys track team continues to show its power, so does junior Thomas Marshall.

Marshall finished first in two events, second in one and third in the other en route to the KouGars' runaway first-place finish at Saturday's Rocky Boy Invitational Track Meet at Havre Middle School. Marshall came in first in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.75 seconds and second in the 300-meter hurdles in 42.30 seconds. He also took first in the long jump with a jump of 19 feet 9 3/4 inches and third in the triple jump with a jump of 38 feet 1 inch.

A multi-sport athlete, Marshall also competes in cross country and basketball for the KouGars.

Class: Freshman

School: Blue Sky

Sport: Track and Field

Freshman standout Kaila Warren sparked the Blue Sky Eagles to a third-place team finish Saturday at the Rocky Boy Invitational Track Meet at Havre Middle School by placing first in two events and second in another.

Warren raced to a first-place finish in the 400-meter dash in a time of 66.65 seconds and just missed first in the 100-meter dash. Her time of 17.19 earned her second in the 100 the winning time was 17.12 seconds. Warren earned her lone second first-place finish in the triple jump with a jump of 30 feet 2 inches.

Warren also participates in basketball and volleyball for the Eagles.
