Northern VB scrimmage tonight
Lights football teams scrimmage on Saturday
The Montana State University-Northern volleyball team's annual maroon and gold scrimmage is slated for tonight at 7 p.m. at the Northern Gym.
The Northern football team also announced its annual scrimmage, set for Saturday at 6 p.m. at Blue Pony Stadium.
Northern football coach Walt Currie said the scrimmage will be much like the team's scrimmage from spring season, which ended in a 7-7 tie.
The Lights open their season Aug. 25 against defending Frontier Conference champion Carroll at Blue Pony Stadium.
