This past week in Casper, Wyoming, the Montana State University-Northern women's rodeo team wrapped up the season with the College National Finals Rodeo. After a week of competition at the CNFR, the MSU-N women's team finished 31st in the rodeo with 20.0 total points. The Montana East West Shrine Football Game made its return this past Saturday in Butte. In a clash of some of the best high school football stars in the state, the West team prevailed with a 45-13 win for its third straight victory in the series. The school year has come to an end for Havre High School and so has another great year of sports for the Blue Ponies. This past spring, the Havre High track and field teams had a solid season. At the Class A-C State Track Meet to end the season in late May, both the HHS boys and girls teams finished eighth in their meets. In the Eastern A this past spring, the Havre High softball team dominated.
