Tom Woo was born in China, in a small village in Guangdong province on Oct. 18, 1918, to Yuen Sing Woo and Ting Von Woo. In 1915, his father immigrated to the United States, eventually settling in Havre, Mont., to open a restaurant called the Boston Café. Seagraves, 83, who preached in the Assembly of God ministries for 50 years in the United States, Haiti and Canada before retiring to Havre in 1992, died Friday morning, April 26, at Northern Montana Care Center.
