She was proceeded in death by her mother, Patsy; father, Tommy; and brother, Danny. Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Larry Webb; son, Aaron (Diana); daughter, Crystal; seven grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Tim O'Neal, Kathy (Rick) Johnson and Kelley Ferguson; and uncle, Norman O'Neal. Kevin LeRoy Osterberg, 50, of Havre died at his home Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, due to bone and pancreatic cancer.
