Kevin LeRoy Osterberg, 50, of Havre died at his home Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, due to bone and pancreatic cancer. A memorial service for Kevin, known as “The Sheriff” of North Havre to his friends, will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church on Saturday at 2 p.m. with military honors to be held outside of the church.
