The city pool end of summer closure for the Havre swimming pool this year will be from Aug. 19 to Sept. 2. “We will let you know our fall hours once everything is finalized,” a release from Havre Parks and Recreation Department said. Havre City Council heard an update Monday on the water restrictions in place in Havre, which have been eased, and on plans to permanently fix the issue. Havre Public Works Director Trevor Mork and Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Amanda Vaughn talked about the issue during the council's meeting Monday in Havre City Hall. Rocky Boy Police are looking for a man they want to speak to about a shooting death on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation early Monday morning. Blaine County had four fires burning as of Tuesday afternoon and another on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation just across the border into Phillips County.
