The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees voted unanimously Tuesday to appoint Brad Moore as Interim Superintendent for the remainder of the year. A caller near Carpenter Park reported to Havre Police Tuesday at 3:39 p.m. seeing signs of a water main break in the area. Havre Public Works Director Dave Peterson said a water main break occurred near the intersection of Sixth Street and 12th Avenue. A four-car pileup south of Box Elder sent three people to the hospital and shut down U.S. Highway 87 for more than an hour Saturday.
