    The Great Northern Fair Board accepted a bid to temporarily remove the roof of the horse pavilion on the fairgrounds to evaluate damage and plan for improvements. Vice Chair Bob Kaul said they need to remove the roof to see if there is any damage that needs to be addressed under it so they know what improvements need to be invested in.     The Hill County Health Department just confirmed it’s first case of influenza in the county this year, and are reminding everyone of ways to keep themselves safe. A release from the department Monday afternoon said the symptoms include fever and/or chills, headache, extreme tiredness and muscle aches, dry cough, sore throat and a runny or stuffy nose.     The Chippewa Cree Tribe Business Committee on Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation swore into office its four new members this morning.     The H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board discussed, at a monthly meeting Monday evening, its upcoming Dinosaur Christmas event, as well as when to close for the winter.     The Hill County Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council heard updates from their various associated organizations with a number of new faces at their bi-monthly meeting Monday.     The Eagles' Club Saturday hosted the return of boxing to Havre on, the first officially sanctioned boxing event in town since 1999. The event, the Inaugural Railtown Smackdown, was organized by the Rock Hound Boxing Team out of Havre, and the Hays Amateur Boxing Gym.     The date for Havre’s Holiday Tree Lighting, now rebranded as the Holiday Stroll, has been moved from the Saturday after Black Friday to the first Saturday of December, a change Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Director Jessica Fagerbakke says is permanent.
