    Havre Mayor Doug Kaercher announced during the monthly meeting of the Havre City Council Monday evening the retirement of Havre Public Works Director Dave Peterson, who has worked for the city for 34 years. Peterson will leave the department at the end of this month and his successor Trevor Mork, will be sworn in at the next meeting, Kaercher said.
