The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees voted unanimously to ratify a three-year contract with Stevensville High School Principal Brian Gum to become the district’s new superintendent in a special meeting Tuesday. The Montana Department of Environmental Quality has released an update regarding assessment of an oil spill in 2018 in the BNSF rail yard.
