    Havre firefighters will be out with lights flashing on their vehicles and sirens on Wednesday night collecting food for the Havre Food Bank in their Everybody Loves Firefighters food drive.     A man who was living with a young woman in Havre when she notified authorities she was the one who went missing as a child four years earlier in Arizona pleaded guilty in Hill County District Court Monday to an unrelated felony count of sexual abuse of children.
