    By Judy Vosen Local Red Cross blood drive volunteer coordinator The recent Havre Community Red Cross Blood Drive held at St. Jude Parish Center Monday, July 24, was once again a success. It saw 89 units collected, which is somewhat less than is usual for the community drive, but this drive had some extenuating circumstances.     The Hill County Commission will be voting next week on whether to move out of Stage 1 fire restrictions, eliminating prohibitions on burning as this year’s fire season marches toward its end.
