    A memorial walk was held at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation Thursday evening for Kaidynce Evan Small, who died in 2013 at the age of 1 due to injuries inflicted by caregivers watching him at the time.     A fire Thursday in the Havre Walmart was contained to a small area with no injuries, and the store is open for business this morning, but with some services limited.     Havre Daily News staff Havre Public Works announced that Fifth Avenue is open, but is reduced down to two lanes between Sixth and Seventh streets while the street repair cures.
