The city of Havre announced today the boil water advisory issued April 19 has been downgraded to a health advisory. The release announced the downgrade says people with compromised immune systems, infants and some elderly may be at higher risk. These people should seek advice about drinking water from their health care advisors. Commissioner Mark Peterson said during a commission working meeting Monday that levels in Beaver Creek are going down, but slowly and it may be high for some time.
